App is a live streaming platform that enables influencers, content creators, and brands to connect through real-time video broadcasts. The Service provides:

- Content Discovery
App acts as a platform facilitator and does not create, control, or endorse the content broadcast by users.
4. User Accounts & Security
When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
5. Content & Conduct
As a user of App, you are responsible for all content you create, upload, stream, or share through the Service. You agree that you will not post illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.
Child Safety & CSAM/CSAE Zero-Tolerance Policy
App maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any user or creator attempting to host, upload, stream, or distribute such content will face immediate, permanent account termination and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
6. In-App Transactions & Subscriptions
App may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual goods, or premium features. All purchases are subject to the pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms displayed in the application or app store.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App Service are the exclusive property of App or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
